- A mixture of rectangular wooden farmhouse style tables and 60” round tables
- White linen napkins and floor length white linens for round tables

- Formal dishware
- (1) one hour planning meeting with a Grayson House venue manager
- Grayson House venue manager and assistant on site during all events
- Access to the prop collection
- Lantern centerpieces with flameless candles and faux greenery garland
- Access to exterior patio with cocktail tables, stools, lawn games and bistro lighting
- Bartender(s) and plastic cups/cocktail napkins/stirrers
- Security
- All set up and clean up handled by venue staff
- $500 premium date fee for September and October dates
- One hour add-on available

5 HOUR VENUE RENTAL ONLY FOR UP TO 100 PEOPLE $2,250

- 5-hour access to the venue (this includes setup and cleanup time)·
- Grayson House venue manager on site
- $100/hour for additional set up/cleanup time
(Sunday showers/luncheons may be booked no sooner than 3 months from event date.
Monday-Thursday luncheons may be booked no sooner than 6 months from event date.)
